Job Title: Quality Control Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Technician to fill this challenging role. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and HACCP regulations.
  • Operate precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, to measure product dimensions and tolerances.
  • Utilize a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) to verify product geometry and dimensions.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality control processes.
  • Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality control activities and results.
  • Collaborate with production staff to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure all equipment and instruments are properly calibrated and maintained to meet quality control standards.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new quality control procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Proven experience in quality audits and inspections, with a strong understanding of ISO 9001 and HACCP regulations.
  • Familiarity with Calypso quality control software or similar quality management systems.
  • Experience with precision measuring instruments and Coordinate Measuring Machines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and procedures.
