About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Interventionist to join our team at Butterfly Effects. As a Child Interventionist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver ABA therapy sessions in the child's natural environment, teaching essential skills such as communication, socialization, and self-care.
  • Collaborate with families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide support and guidance to families, empowering them to make a positive impact on their child's life.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in ABA therapy.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with children and families.
