Job Description:Precision Tools and Machinery SpecialistThe successful candidate will play a key role in the design, fabrication, and assembly of precision tools and machinery, contributing to the development of innovative solutions for our clients. This position requires a highly skilled individual with expertise in toolmaking, custom automation, and project management.
- Lead and manage a team of toolmakers in the development of custom automation equipment and special machines.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept and design to fabrication, assembly, and testing.
- Associate degree or technical degree in tool and die or relevant field.
- Proven experience in a lead or supervisory role in toolmaking and custom automation.
- Strong knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tool fabrication.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Competitive salary: $85,000 - $105,000 per year (based on location).
- Flexible start times Monday through Friday, first shift.

This position may be subject to higher noise levels from operating machines. Standard physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts. Standard industrial and manufacturing working conditions. Some travel to customers' facilities for installations and service.
