Production Assembly Specialist

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience, plus full benefits starting day one. Our memorialization business segment is seeking an experienced Assembly Operator to join our team in the Richmond, IN area.
About the JobThis role involves working in a fast-paced production environment, assembling products, parts, or materials according to production standards and schedules. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude, basic knowledge of power tools, and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities- Assemble products, parts, or materials using hand tools, jigs, fixtures, adhesives, and fasteners.
- Work with production supervisors to meet production needs and determine parts to be manufactured based on orders and stock.
- Maintain machinery operation and identify defects or malfunctions.
- Collaborate with other departments and machines to ensure seamless production.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- 1+ year of production or machine operator experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possess a mechanical aptitude and ability to use a large variety of hand tools and basic knowledge of power tools, measuring tools, etc.
- Ability to work overtime as necessary.
