Job Description
As an Assembly Production Specialist at Matthews International, you will be responsible for assembling products, parts, or materials using hand tools, jigs, fixtures, adhesives, and fasteners to meet specific standards. This role requires attention to detail, multitasking, and the ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
The successful candidate will have prior production or machine operator experience and possess a mechanical aptitude. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods is required. Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 1+ year of production or machine operator experience
* Mechanical aptitude and ability to use various hand tools
* Ability to work overtime as needed
* High school diploma or equivalent required
