Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Refugee Resettlement Case Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide case management services to refugees and displaced persons, conduct cultural orientation, and ensure timely assistance requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide case management services to refugees and displaced persons, including assessment, planning, and coordination of services.
- Conduct cultural orientation for clients, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Ensure timely assistance requests are processed and resolved efficiently.
- Document all activities and visits, maintaining accurate and up-to-date case files.
- Assist clients in achieving self-sufficiency, identifying needs and communicating with management.
- Maintain organized case files, ensuring confidentiality and security.
- Flexibility in schedule, with ability to work in both remote and in-office environments.
