Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Engineer to join our team based in Smyrna, GA. This role involves extensive travel within the region to gain hands-on experience in construction engineering and management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams
  • Develop and implement construction plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Manage and mitigate risks associated with construction projects

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Civil Engineering, MS preferred
  • Proven track record of success in construction engineering and management
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Extensive travel required (up to 3 years)
