The RoleWe're seeking a world-class Customer Success Manager to help our customers get the most out of Cable's platform. As a key member of our team, you'll be the subject matter expert on our products and customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with customers through trust, honesty, and integrity
- Driving product usage and adoption through refined training and strategic business reviews
- Providing data-driven insights to anticipate customer needs and align on value
- Enabling seamless customer support and funneling feedback to our engineers
- Designing and implementing KPIs to measure success
We're seeking a candidate with a background in delighting bank and fintech customers, who has worked across customer success, account management, and solutions teams at risk or compliance startups.
