Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at The Argonaut, a Noble House Hotel. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of food and beverage service to our guests. You will supervise the serving activities at the Blue Mermaid Restaurant, train team members, and adhere to company policies to ensure quality control and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assure the highest level of food and beverage service possible in an efficient, courteous, personable, and professional manner to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Supervise the serving activities at the Blue Mermaid Restaurant through daily routines.
  • Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction through training team members and adhering to company policies.
  • Provide excellent service to guests through verbal face-to-face interactions.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of increasingly responsible supervisor/food and beverage experience in a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • Ability to serve the needs of guests through verbal face-to-face interactions.
