Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing client and carrier service inquiries
  • Supporting producers and clients with renewal processes
  • Identifying opportunities for account expansion and upselling
  • Providing quotes for new business inquiries
  • Assisting clients during claims processes

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly demeanor with a willingness to assist clients and colleagues
  • Proficient computer and typing skills; familiarity with Applied Systems, Inc. products (Epic, CSR24, etc.) is preferred
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with high-value clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Established relationships with insurance carriers
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance
  • Current Property & Casualty License
