Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Personal Lines Insurance Sales Representative to join our team at Allied Insurance Managers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business, building strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach to meet sales targets.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal lines insurance products, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance.
  • Prepare and present quotes to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of various insurance options.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and encourage referrals.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging risks to better serve clients.
Requirements:
  • In-depth knowledge of available insurance policies and insurance coverage offerings along with their key differentiators.
  • Stellar verbal and written communications skills.
  • State-issued, valid insurance license(s) required: Property and Casualty Insurance License and/or Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office mandatory; proficiency in agency management systems preferred.
  • A high school diploma is required - a bachelor's degree or comparable insurance industry experience is a must.
Compensation:

$40,000 Plus Commissions yearly
