Customer Experience Associate

At Hertz, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service that exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-class customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Responsible for handling and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a culture of empowerment and excellent customer service.
- Analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) results to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and assist employees to understand customer needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in customer service, with experience in operations and sales.
- Rental car experience a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent relationship building and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
