Customer Experience Expert

As a Sales Associate at Anthropologie, you will contribute to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer. Your role will involve initiating conversations, supporting a selling environment, and utilizing technology to transact in the moment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers in a personalized way, making them feel welcome, heard, and valued.
  • Support a selling environment by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
  • Provide a frictionless customer experience by utilizing technology to transact in the moment, find sizes and colors, and place orders for items not available in store.
Teamwork + Communication

As a Sales Associate, you will build productive relationships with peers, ask for support when needed, and make an effort to help others. You will participate in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire the customer.

  • Contribute to a positive team morale by participating in store initiatives and highlighting peers and leaders through the SPARKED journal.
  • Provide insights related to the customer and employee experience and communicate feedback to Store Leadership.
Visual + Business Operations

You will understand your contribution to service and selling on every shift, impacting the store's business. You will support the shipment process, gain awareness of product, and contribute to the completion of omni order fulfillment processes while maintaining stock levels of the floor.

Requirements:
  • Anthropologie brand fan.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Experience being a team player.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay Range: USD $18.29/Hr.
