Position Overview

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager to enhance our Product team. This role involves collaborating with multiple cross-functional teams, including Services, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, to ensure a seamless product experience. The Product Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on the Gappify product, focusing on its evolution and aiding Sales in demonstrating the value and advantages of our solutions to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Craft and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with business goals and addresses the specific needs of Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in the accounting sector.
  • Market Research and Customer Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis and gather customer feedback to pinpoint challenges, opportunities, and trends, translating these insights into actionable product features.
  • Roadmap Development: Establish and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing customer demands, business objectives, and technical viability.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with various stakeholders to collect, analyze, and prioritize product requirements, producing clear product requirement documents and user stories.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure effective product development and launch aligned with product KPIs.
  • Product Launch and Adoption: Lead the product launch process, including go-to-market strategies, UI/UX focus, marketing coordination, and sales enablement, while monitoring product adoption and identifying improvement areas.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage product analytics and user feedback to assess product performance and inform future enhancements.
  • Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications
  • MBA, Masters in Product Management, or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, particularly with SaaS applications for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes and industry-specific challenges.
  • Proven ability to empathize with customers and translate their needs into successful product features.
  • Excellent strategic and analytical skills to identify market opportunities and develop actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical proficiency and comfort working with complex technical teams.
  • Experience with data-informed decision-making and driving product improvements.
  • Passion for exploring innovative ideas and pushing boundaries.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and P2P systems is advantageous.
