Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to oversee the development of our cutting-edge Iron-Air battery products. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing product development initiatives that propel our utility-scale energy storage solutions forward. You will collaborate closely with various engineering and manufacturing teams, as well as other program managers, to ensure seamless execution of our objectives.

This position requires onsite presence at our facility, with occasional travel for project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product development initiatives, ensuring alignment and coordination across multiple teams to achieve Form Energy's strategic goals.
  • Implement effective program management frameworks based on industry best practices to support our technical teams.
  • Facilitate the execution of Form's Product Development Process (PDP).
  • Work with engineering leadership to develop and maintain comprehensive product development plans and schedules.
  • Identify and address key decisions and risks, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely progress and resource allocation.
  • Evaluate and mitigate program risks associated with various engineering subsystems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical program management capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Proven track record in product development, including experience with commercial product launches.
  • Technical expertise in electro-mechanical systems, with a preference for experience in utility-scale renewable projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Capability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
