  • Promote a safe and secure shopping environment for both customers and associates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a leadership role within a retail or customer-focused environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business results.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Capability to provide real-time coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
  • Prior experience in sales management is advantageous.

Education:
