About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tire Service Manager to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of technicians in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels, ensuring a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage new and existing inventory, maintaining accurate records and optimizing stock levels.
  • Lead a team of 4-5 technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient workflow.
  • Perform maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning, adhering to industry standards and company policies.
  • Provide a world-class customer service experience, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and exceeding expectations.
  • Work 35+ hours per week during regular business hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Participate in hands-on, on-the-job training and development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Must have a leadership mindset, with experience in managing teams and driving results.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Must be able to function well in a physically demanding environment, with regular exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards.
