Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales growth in the HVAC dehumidification industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
- Conduct meetings with building owners, contractors, and engineers to educate them on the value proposition of our dehumidification products.
- Manage a book of business of approximately $1 million in revenue annually.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions to drive business growth.
- 4+ years of experience in business development within the HVAC industry.
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities and driving sales growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience using CRM software and developing sales strategies for specific markets.
