GENERAL FUNCTION

The Luxury Brand Advocate will optimize premium brand distribution to fulfill both sales and image objectives for their assigned brands within their territory. This role involves crafting customer business strategies that effectively balance both sell-in and sell-through initiatives. The Advocate will foster new business prospects and concentrate on elevating standards in distribution, training events, productivity, and merchandising to ensure exemplary customer service.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Attains quarterly sales, average unit price, distribution, and door productivity goals for respective brands.
  • Collaborates closely with the local synergy team to ensure cohesive business and customer relationship management.
  • Establishes and adheres to a strategic call cycle to achieve the desired service frequency within independent accounts, targeting at least two visits per quarter.

    • Cultivates robust relationships at all levels within the practices and businesses managed (doctor, optician, store manager, etc.).

    • Drives assortment strategies with clients.
  • Effectively onboards all clients with pre-booking for each collection.
  • Proactively oversees all aspects of distribution within the designated territory, including audit management, openings, closings, and parallel cases.

    • Ensures compliance with brand visual merchandising standards; refreshes and utilizes POP materials to enhance brand visibility and positioning within the point of sale.

    • Leverages all brand resources to conduct regular staff training sessions, reinforcing knowledge and ensuring consistent messaging to patients/consumers in line with brand standards.

    • Nurtures the existing customer base while collaborating with the local sales team to identify new market opportunities.
  • Develops and executes trunk shows and other consumer engagement events to elevate brand awareness and drive sales.

    • Acts as a representative of the Luxury brands, ensuring adherence to established brand standards to maintain brand equity.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • BA/BS Degree.
  • 5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent training and presentation capabilities.
  • Robust visual merchandising expertise.
  • Ability to problem-solve, anticipate challenges, and propose effective solutions.
  • Deep understanding and passion for fashion and luxury goods.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Highly professional demeanor with a strong fashion sense.
  • Sound business judgment and negotiation skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong leadership qualities.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Significant field time required, including overnight travel.
  • Valid driver's license.
