Luxury Brand Partners is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for maintaining healthy inventory levels to support the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute buy strategies aligned to MRP signals and recommendations
  • Partner with suppliers to negotiate production and delivery schedules to support demand
  • Communicate service outlook and develop strategies for all service shortfalls
  • Utilize the consensus forecast to adjust the supply plan and create a purchasing plan to achieve service rates, inventory levels, and desired price variances
  • Identify and resolve supply/demand issues that impact optimal inventory levels
  • Work closely with sourcing on new product introduction to meet all deadlines
  • Audit and maintain information and data integrity in ERP/MRP systems
  • Identify ways to improve supply planning processes and tools for assigned areas
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: 1-5 years experience with Supply Chain Management (preferably in the consumer goods industry)
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally with multiple organizations
  • Prior experience and understanding of MRP and ERP systems
  • Exceptional skills in Excel
