Job Title: Executive, Ticket Sales

St. Louis CITY SC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive, Ticket Sales to join our team. As a key member of our ticket sales department, you will be responsible for selling full menu of ticket products and add-ons, managing and executing premium outbound campaigns for all stadium events, and identifying sales prospects by executing call campaigns, cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling full menu of ticket products and add-ons, including premium seats, special events, stadium space rentals, and group experiences
  • Manage and execute premium outbound campaigns for all stadium events
  • Identify sales prospects by executing call campaigns, cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face appointments
  • Attend outside events with the purpose of selling, networking, and engaging the corporate community
  • Assist with the sales & service of the Season Ticket waitlist
  • Collaborate with the Ticket Sales and Service leadership team
  • Work closely with senior management and other internal departments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Experience working in youth sports, preferred

Skills and Abilities:

  • Candidate should possess professional demeanor and communication skills to effectively work with both internal and external clients
  • Must be able to present sales presentations in a live setting with decision makers
  • Must have truly outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Accurate, efficient, and timely execution of tasks
  • Detail oriented and organized with effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours in non-traditional settings
  • Proficient computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Salesforce CRM
