At Rainier Springs, we are committed to Changing People's Lives. As a Clinical Operations Manager in our psychiatric health care facility, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative and exceptional care to adults, adolescents, and their families.

The position oversees the entire hospital operation during the time when administration is not present. You will be responsible for overseeing performance, maintaining schedules, and completing education and coaching when necessary. Additionally, you will assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in conducting department meetings and display a thorough nursing knowledge including assessments, treatment planning, discharge and admission procedures, medication distribution, and medical care.

Key qualifications for this role include being at least 21 years old, holding a current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing, and obtaining CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact. Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, particularly with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients, is preferred.
