Director of Clinical Operations for Residential Eating Disorder Treatment

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Assistant Clinical Director at Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC. This position is a critical part of our team, responsible for assisting the Clinical Director in the management of clinical functions and supporting the recovery of adults with eating disorders.
About the RoleThis leadership position involves overseeing the admission process, leading clinical staff, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will collaborate with program leadership to develop effective treatment strategies and foster a supportive therapeutic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing clinical operations and providing guidance to clinical staff.
- Oversee the admissions process and ensure seamless transitions for patients.
- Develop and implement plans for performance improvement and cost-effective service delivery.
- Mentor and supervise staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster strong relationships with ancillary services and other departments.
- Recruit and interview new employees to ensure the best fit for the team.
- Stay up-to-date on administrative and clinical policies, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, preferably with expertise in eating disorders.
- At least one year of experience working with eating disorder clients.
- Licensure to practice as a clinician in the relevant state, as applicable.
- CPR certification is mandatory.
As an Assistant Clinical Director at Monte Nido Portland, you can expect a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
