$120,000 - $150,000 per year
This salary estimate is based on industry standards and the location in West Linn, OR.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Clinical Director at Monte Nido Portland. This role plays a crucial part in managing clinical functions, supporting the Clinical Director, and overseeing the intake process and leadership of clinical staff.

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Clinical Director in 24-hour management of all clinical functions
• Oversee the entire admission process and/or clinical intake process
• Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff, marketing support, and help direct activities within Monte Nido & Affiliates according to State and Federal regulations
• Participate in on-call rotation and perform other duties assigned by site and/or MNA leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders
• A minimum of 1 year experience working with eating disorder clients
• Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required
• CPR certification required
