  • Process urine samples and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to record maintenance data and decontamination procedures.
  • Collect and store specimens according to established laboratory procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and laboratory staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a patient-focused approach.
  • Answer inquiries and provide laboratory results to patients and healthcare professionals.

**Requirements:**

  • Valid Phlebotomy certification for the state where employed.
  • Minimum of 6 months' work experience in a lab or hospital setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • 2 years' experience in Phlebotomy.
  • Experience in blood draws and urine processing.
  • Reliability and strong communication skills.
  • Patient-focused approach and excellent customer service skills.
