We are seeking a highly skilled Quickbooks Consultant to join our team. As a Quickbooks Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in Quickbooks Online software to assist with financial data management and reporting along with bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise in Quickbooks Online software to assist with financial data management and reporting.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Develop and implement financial analysis and reporting tools to improve financial data management.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration of financial data and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Quickbooks software and financial regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks software and financial analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule

  • ~5-7 hours per week; or 25-30 hours per month.
