About the Job

New Tech Global Staffing is seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and maximizes sales performance.
  • Collaborate with and direct the sales efforts of independent sales agencies within the territory.
  • Pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with industry professionals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on Company's Lighting products.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop programs and materials to support the sales process.
  • Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote Company's Lighting products.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lighting or backyard industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
