Sales Director

New Tech Global Staffing is seeking an experienced District Sales Manager to join our team in Miami, FL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with company goals and maximizes sales performance.
- Collaborate with and direct the sales efforts of independent sales agencies within the territory.
- Pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with industry professionals.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on Company's Lighting products.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop programs and materials to support the sales process.
- Attend industry trade shows and events to network and promote Company's Lighting products.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lighting or backyard industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
