Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Miami, FL area.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with and direct the sales efforts and independent sales agencies within the territory to ensure alignment with company goals and maximize sales performance.
  • Key Account Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing relationships with key decision-makers in the pool, landscape, and construction industries.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop programs, materials, and tools to support the sales process in your territory.
  • Representation: Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events to network and promote New Tech Global Staffing's products.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the lighting, pool, or backyard industry required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
