Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service that aligns with the resort's standards, addressing guest requests and concerns to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Oversee the execution of guest services, including welcome amenities and profile management.
  • Ensure accurate billing and account management at the time of guest departure.
  • Act as a liaison between the front office and other departments, such as Engineering and Housekeeping, to facilitate effective communication.
  • Assist in the administration of front office operations, including payroll and scheduling management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the department.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities for staff.
  • Coordinate emergency procedures as per established plans.
  • Prepare reports and manage special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively. A background in hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Requirements include:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related role.
  • Proficient communication skills with guests and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret various reports and documents.
  • Mathematical proficiency for billing and financial tasks.
  • Problem-solving skills to address diverse situations.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Spanish is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, perform various physical tasks, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly, with occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
