Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic, innovative, and motivated Retail Shop Associates to become part of our team at Equinox. This role is ideal for individuals eager to contribute significantly to a vibrant and expanding organization.

Position Type:
This is a Full-Time position.

Role Responsibilities:
The Shop Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience to all visitors of Equinox and the Shop. Key responsibilities include:

  • Sales & Service:
    Achieving assigned monthly sales targets while ensuring an outstanding customer experience for all patrons.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Consistently adhering to loss prevention and inventory management protocols. Assisting the Shop MOD with the timely and accurate execution of operational tasks.
  • Product & Presentation:
    Collaborating with the Shop MOD to maintain the Shop's alignment with company branding standards, including merchandising and marketing strategies.
  • Professional Development:
    Fostering effective relationships with colleagues and clients, while staying informed about departmental standards and practices to promote teamwork.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Ability to follow directions.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within a retail setting.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and reliability.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to adapt to new techniques and ideas.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the demands of the retail environment.

Physical Requirements:
Includes standing, sitting, walking, squatting, bending, and reaching.
