Job Summary

As an HR Service Representative with Covenant Health (Tennessee), you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers in an inbound call/service center environment. You will utilize knowledge base and reference materials/tools to respond to inquiries about various human resources topics, including technical support, retail, healthcare, and human resource services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Utilize knowledge base and reference materials to respond to inquiries and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and benefits
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
