Assistant Professor/Associate Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified Assistant Professor/Associate Professor to join our Prelicensure Nursing program at Augusta University. As a member of our faculty, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of nursing professionals.
Responsibilities- Teach quality classroom, clinical, lab, and simulation courses as assigned.
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our students.
- Contribute to the development of our Prelicensure Nursing program.
- Engage in scholarly activities and professional development.
- Doctorate degree relevant to the area of practice (PhD, DNP).
- Active license to practice nursing in the state of Georgia or meet all eligibility requirements to apply for a nursing license in the state of Georgia.
- Board certification in area of specialty.
- Academic teaching experience in didactic and/or clinical instruction.
- Comfort with technology-infused engaging pedagogical strategies.
- Evidence of contribution to the profession and recognition at the local, regional, or national level.
