Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas through identification and closing of incremental sales and revenue opportunities.
  • Reward and retain existing customers by renewing contracts and expanding service offerings.
  • Maintain regular account contact to ensure alignment of Comcast Business Services with assigned accounts.
  • Initiate and deliver proposed solutions to meet the needs of assigned customers regarding Advanced Voice, Metro Ethernet, or other Business Class products.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and serve as the primary escalation point for any customer issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations leadership to develop specific account management plans and optimize sales and retention opportunities.
  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills to position and sell Comcast Business Class services across multiple organizational levels.
