Assistant Manager Opportunity at KPM, LLC

KPM, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our apartment complex, working closely with the Property Manager to ensure seamless execution of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process rent payments, late fees, and utility payments in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Issue notices and prepare eviction cases as needed, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular walk-throughs of units to identify and address any maintenance or repair issues.
  • Review lease expirations and follow up with current residents to ensure timely renewals.
  • Fulfill all tasks associated with the leasing process, including TAA agreements, leasing applications, and addendums.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required; College degree preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience as an Assistant Manager on a multifamily property.
  • Strong knowledge of leasing, renewal, and collections processes.
  • Experience with CAM or CAPS systems.
  • Proficiency in OneSite or RealPage software.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and work in a variety of environments, including extreme weather conditions.
  • Must be able to type efficiently and communicate effectively with residents and team members.
