  • Lead a high-performing team to increase property revenue through sales and service excellence.
  • Assess, train, and develop your team on salesmanship and operational best practices.
  • Build strong relationships with maintenance professionals to ensure your property presents as best-in-class.
  • Be accessible to the needs of the community, including nights and weekends if required.
  • Put the team first and assist at multiple locations when needed.
  • Manage the client/owner relationship by meeting with owners, conducting community tours, providing updates, and responding to owner requests.
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by responding to complaints, questions, and requests in a timely manner.
  • Follow established procedures related to evictions, including proper notice requirements and court hearings.
  • Organize and participate in daily huddles to discuss company virtues, business goals, wins, and teammate success stories.
  • Complete the budget strategy workbook and annual operating budget by analyzing financial statements and reviewing marketing information.
  • Gather and analyze market trends to implement short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and general appearance.
  • Complete required training to ensure knowledge of the role is current and in accordance with company standards.
