Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial and operational performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create insightful reports to keep investors informed and engaged.
  • Conduct market research and maintain valuation models.
  • Partner with the acquisitions team to evaluate new deals.
  • Oversee capital improvements and ensure properties are in top condition.
  • Maintain compliance with debt and equity programs.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or real estate.
  • 4+ years of asset management experience in multifamily.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time to the portfolio properties.
  • Excel at working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong analytical and financial modeling skills (proficiency in Excel a must).
  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
