Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused MotorClothes Associate to join our team at Wise Auto Group. As a MotorClothes Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and meeting sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and displays.
  • Meet sales goals by effectively communicating product knowledge and features to customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card sales, and returns.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining product presentation.
  • Participate in sales promotions and events, including open houses and product launches.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-3 years of retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • Knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and services a plus.
Working Conditions

This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, as well as frequent bending and lifting of up to 50 pounds. The noise level in the work environment can be loud, and occasional exposure to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles may occur.
