We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Motorclothes team at Wise Auto Group. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our Motorclothes products, including Harley-Davidson merchandise and accessories.
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise, offer additional products that complement their purchase, and take special orders as needed.
  • Perform cashiering functions in accordance with company cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Keep the sales floor and displays neat, clean, and fully-stocked, ensuring a visually appealing environment for customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new releases, promotions, and sales.
  • Assist with answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, demonstrating our commitment to "making things right".
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent degree required.
  • Prefer knowledge and experience with selling Harley-Davidson Motorclothes and other products sold by the dealership.
  • Ability to take initiative and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to present oneself and the company in a professional manner.
  • Knowledge of applicable laws, policies, and principles.
  • Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs.
  • Good attention to detail and great interpersonal and customer service skills.
