We are seeking an experienced Active Adult Sales Professional to join our team at Choreograph Gainesville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective residents, building relationships, and inspiring them to engage with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales: Engage with inquiries, progress them through the sales cycle, and convert them into residents using your professional selling skills and knowledge of our community's amenities and lifestyle benefits.
  • Market Conditions: Conduct quarterly market research, analyze data, and present strategic alternatives to combat competitive threats.
  • Revenue Optimization: Recognize net revenue opportunities, execute revenue optimization programs, and analyze data to make recommendations on business operations.
  • Mutually Beneficial Partnerships: Generate leads and move-ins from professional referral sources, events, and resident referrals.
  • Resident Move-In Process: Oversee the new resident's file, ensure accurate paperwork, and facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Sales Development: Stay abreast of professional developments in the lifestyle space, collaborate with Home Office leadership, and provide feedback to enhance the brand.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
  • At least two years in direct B2C sales, preferably in multifamily, rentals, or senior living settings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with sales CRM systems, tracking inquiries, and sales activities.

Benefits:

Base Salary + Commissions = $80,000+ earning potential. Eligible team members receive a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances, paid time off, and paid holidays. Team members are also eligible to participate in our outstanding 401(k) plan with company match, Employee Assistance Program, and accident insurance policies.
