Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Representative to join our team in Addison, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and lead generation through cold calls, email campaigns, and other marketing strategies
- Establishing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with decision-makers within assigned territories or sales verticals
- Developing and implementing innovative sales methodologies to improve close rates and reduce sales cycles
- Staying informed about industry trends and creating opportunities to expand business
- Preparing and managing sales contracts in accordance with company policies
- Managing company and client expectations to ensure satisfaction
- Continuously developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record in closing national deals, with experience in the sustainability or waste industry being a plus
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly HubSpot (Salesforce or similar CRM also considered)
- Must be willing to work onsite in Addison, TX
- Excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
