We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Environment Control of Wisconsin. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing janitorial sales to commercial businesses throughout your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and networking: Identify key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs to create new business opportunities.
  • Prepare proposals and bid presentations: Work with your sales team to prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications, and competitive pricing.
  • Facilitate an effective start-up for new business: Partner with each department to establish a game plan for new business and ensure a smooth transition to our operations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the janitorial industry.
  • Proven track record of janitorial sales success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and commissions program.
  • Starting salary based on industry experience, education, and other relevant qualifications.
  • Earnings expectations: $60,000-$100,000 annually with base salary and commissions/bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license with a driving record that is insurable by business insurance standards.
