  • Maintain a clean and organized hostess station, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Collaborate with the server team to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns or issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge, including daily specials and promotions.
  • Be knowledgeable about restaurant hours, events, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess in a fine dining environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:

This role requires the ability to stand for long periods, twist, bend, and move quickly in a fast-paced environment. The employee must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. The work environment is indoor, with exposure to heat, steam, and cleaning chemicals.
