Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Retail knowledge, particularly in footwear, is advantageous.
  • Experience with customer service platforms and e-commerce tools is a plus.
