About the Role

Berry Global is seeking a seasoned Talent Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive strategies to cultivate leadership skills and engage, develop, and retain talent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a leadership development strategy aligned with Berry Global's business goals.
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance key leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create strategies to drive their development.
  • Establish a framework for mentoring and coaching programs to foster the growth and development of high-potential talent.
  • Implement succession planning initiatives to build a pipeline of skilled leaders for critical roles within the organization.
  • Support and coach senior leaders, providing guidance on leadership best practices and development opportunities.
  • Identify key results and metrics for leadership programs, evaluate their effectiveness, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of leadership development experience with up-to-date knowledge of leadership development practices.
  • An impressive track record of leadership development program design and delivery, with experience embedding DE&I practices into all talent initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience with talent management strategies, including talent assessment, development, and retention.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and coaching accreditation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present across various forums and to a diverse audience.
