Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and process all incoming service requests from customers
  • Create work orders upon receiving service calls
  • Efficiently assign road jobs to technicians
  • Maintain and update the Crown E-Order Board and service channels as necessary
  • Maximize the use of the SoftBase dispatch system
  • Verify the accuracy of all work order header details
  • Provide assistance to technicians as required
  • Oversee all vehicle preventive maintenance schedules
  • Process purchase orders and receipts for subcontracted services and vehicle upkeep

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient data entry skills
  • Experience in customer service, particularly with high call volumes
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong decision-making capabilities
  • Able to manage multiple tasks concurrently
  • Administrative skills including typing and filing

  • Prior dispatch experience is advantageous
