They are in search of a Senior Account Executive to enhance their Manhattan team. The perfect candidate will possess a background in healthcare advertising along with exceptional client service abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison for several significant accounts.
- Oversee a developing team of account managers, utilizing a robust technical foundation to mentor and assist junior staff.
- Establish and nurture client relationships while leveraging industry insights, market trends, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are strategically aligned, delivered on time, and adhere to budget constraints; collaborate with relevant parties to address gaps and resolve issues.
- Stay informed about current market trends.
- Work alongside the line manager to enhance strategic capabilities that meet the brand's requirements.
- Participate in all client meetings and guarantee prompt and accurate follow-up.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in account management within a pharmaceutical advertising agency is essential.
- Ability to commute to the NYC office on a hybrid schedule - 2-3 times per week.
- A bachelor's degree is mandatory; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- Experience with HCP is required.
