Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing and account reconciliation.
  • Supervise senior accountants and accountants, reviewing their journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Implement process improvements in the "record to report" and "purchase to pay" areas.
  • Develop, revise, and delete chart of accounts and business units.
  • Oversee daily journal entries, financial analysis, capital improvements, credit card, and bank transactions.
  • Collaborate with financial institutions, manage cash, forecast financials, and control costs.
  • Approve payments for ACH, wire, and checks weekly.
  • Resolve payment-related issues.
  • Work with external financial auditors for interim and year-end financial audits.
  • Perform self-assessment of JSOX for responsible areas (GA and FA).
  • Complete census data.
  • Address issues with other departments' leaders or the parent company, escalating to senior management if necessary.

Requirements:

  • CPA certification required.
  • Strong understanding of accounting rules, especially IFRS, and ability to provide solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills for interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Experience with JDE (ERP) and DIVA is a plus.

Compensation:

$55.29 to $60.10 per hour. Adecco US, Inc. offers a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
