Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Director to lead our hotel's guest services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving revenue growth, and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services Leadership: Lead the front desk team to provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase room occupancy, average daily rate, and revenue per available room.
  • Service Quality: Maintain high standards of service quality, ensuring that all guests receive a Four Diamond level of service.
  • Team Management: Supervise and develop the front desk team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.
  • Problem Resolution: Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all guests receive a satisfactory resolution.
  • Financial Management: Manage the front desk budget, ensuring that all expenses are controlled and that revenue targets are met.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success in guest services, conflict resolution, and service recovery.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proficient in hotel operations software and technology.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
