This position entails discovering new business prospects, overseeing current accounts, and delivering technical guidance to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development:
- Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities within the winches, cranes, and hoists industry.
- Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of deals and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet company objectives and enhance market presence.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and technical assistance to clients, aiding them in selecting the appropriate equipment for their needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
- Negotiation and Closing:
- Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing and terms with clients, and finalize sales.
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the winches, cranes, hoists, or related industrial equipment sector.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of winches, cranes, and hoists, including their applications and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and participate in industry events.
