  • Sales and Business Development:
    • Proactively seek and generate new business opportunities within the winches, cranes, and hoists industry.
    • Establish and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of deals and achieving or surpassing sales targets.
    • Formulate and execute strategic sales initiatives to meet company objectives and enhance market presence.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and offering customized solutions.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling.
    • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and support.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and technical assistance to clients, aiding them in selecting the appropriate equipment for their needs.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products in the marketplace.
  • Negotiation and Closing:
    • Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing and terms with clients, and finalize sales.
    • Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
    • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the winches, cranes, hoists, or related industrial equipment sector.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills:
    • Strong technical knowledge of winches, cranes, and hoists, including their applications and specifications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
    • Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales tools.
