Title: Program/Project Manager

Objective

Develop, execute, and sustain various project initiatives that align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Ensure adherence to organizational standards of quality, satisfaction, and performance metrics.

Supervise multiple projects, guaranteeing that program objectives are achieved.

Oversee budget management and funding sources to enhance productivity.

Reporting Structure

Reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with project sponsors and cross-functional teams to define the scope, deliverables, necessary resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new projects.

Manage programs and projects to optimize return on investment, while coordinating and delegating initiatives across projects.

Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external partners.

Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring accountability for achieving established business objectives.

Analyze, assess, and mitigate program risks, while generating program reports for management and stakeholders.

Required Skills

A minimum of five years of experience working with senior management in a project or program management role.

Exceptional abilities in time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Proven experience in stakeholder management.

Thorough understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation methodologies.

Experience in leading organizational transformation initiatives, including offshoring, technology upgrades, and process re-engineering.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or a related discipline.

Strong proficiency in MS Project or similar project management software.

Experience in preparing proposals and business cases.
